- Combine the sugar and paneer. Mix well.
| - Place the mixture over the heat and stir constantly to avoid lumps.
| - When the mixture become slightly thick, sprinkles the rose water on it. Now remove the pan from the heat. Stir few more times.
| - Now give the desired shape to sandesh.
| - Now sprinkle the cardamom and pistachios on each sandesh.
| - Serve cold sandesh.
